These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of PRINTRIOT.CO and your purchase of custom apparel, banners, stickers, signs, decals, and other printing products and services from Print Riot ("Print Riot," "we," "our," or "us").

By using our website, requesting a quote, uploading artwork, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

QUOTES & ORDERS

All quotes are based on the information provided at the time of the request and are valid for 14 days, unless otherwise stated.

Final pricing may vary based on:
• Quantity ordered
• Product selection
• Garment brand or style
• Print method
• Number of print locations
• Ink or specialty finishes
• Artwork complexity
• Shipping requirements
• Requested turnaround time

An order is considered confirmed only after:
• The quote has been approved by the customer, and
• Any required deposit or payment has been received.

Print Riot reserves the right to refuse any order at our discretion.

ARTWORK & CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY

Customers are solely responsible for all artwork submitted to Print Riot.

By uploading artwork, you represent that you:
• Own the artwork, or
• Have permission to reproduce any logos, trademarks, copyrighted material, or intellectual property included in your design.

Print Riot is not responsible for verifying ownership of submitted artwork.

Customers agree to indemnify and hold Print Riot harmless from any copyright, trademark, or intellectual property claims arising from artwork provided by the customer.

PROOF APPROVAL

A digital proof may be provided for customer approval before production.

It is the customer's responsibility to carefully review the proof for:
• Spelling
• Grammar
• Colors
• Sizing
• Placement
• Quantity
• Design accuracy

Once artwork is approved, Print Riot is not responsible for errors that were present in the approved proof.

Printed colors may vary slightly from digital screens due to monitor settings, printing processes, fabrics, and materials.

DESIGN SERVICES

Graphic design, logo recreation, artwork cleanup, vector conversion, and custom illustration services are available for an additional fee unless otherwise included in your quote.

Design fees are generally non-refundable once work has begun.

PAYMENT

Payment terms are listed on your invoice or quote.

Unless otherwise agreed:
• A deposit may be required before production begins.
• Rush orders may require full payment in advance.

Orders will not enter production until payment requirements have been met.

Prices do not include applicable taxes or shipping charges unless specifically stated.

PRODUCTION & TURNAROUND

Production times begin only after:
• Payment or deposit has been received.
• Final artwork has been approved.
• All required order information has been provided.

Estimated turnaround times are not guaranteed.

Print Riot is not responsible for delays caused by:
• Supplier inventory shortages
• Shipping carrier delays
• Weather
• Equipment failure
• Power outages
• Natural disasters
• Other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Rush service may be available for an additional fee.

CUSTOMER-SUPPLIED ITEMS

Customers may provide garments or other items for printing upon request.

While we take every precaution during production, customer-supplied items are printed at the customer's own risk.

Print Riot is not responsible for damage, defects, or loss resulting from the printing or heat transfer process.

RETURNS, REFUNDS & REPLACEMENTS

Because every order is custom-made, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:
• Incorrect sizes ordered by the customer
• Customer-approved artwork errors
• Color variations within normal industry tolerances
• Change-of-mind purchases

If Print Riot makes a verified production error or manufactures a defective product, we will repair, replace, or reprint the affected items at our discretion.

Any production issues must be reported within 7 days of delivery or pickup.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Orders canceled before production begins may qualify for a refund, less any artwork or administrative fees already incurred.

Once production has started, cancellations may be subject to charges for labor, materials, artwork, and completed work.

SHIPPING

Shipping dates are estimates only.

Print Riot is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers after an order has left our facility.

Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the shipment has been accepted by the carrier.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All Print Riot branding, website content, graphics, logos, product photos, and marketing materials are the property of Print Riot and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Print Riot's total liability for any claim related to an order shall not exceed the amount paid for that specific order.

Print Riot shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including lost profits or business interruption.

CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

Print Riot may update these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice.

Updated versions become effective immediately upon posting to this website.
